We can determine the correct cleaning procedures and protective coatings your building needs to stay looking sharp.

Cleaning detergent is applied and awning bushed from top and bottom. Then rinsed thoroughly with water. Additional UV protectant is applied to reduce fading and discoloration. 

Special formulated detergents that won’t hurt your property or landscaping are applied. Then given dwell time, brushed, and given a soft rinse to clean surfaces. This is done on soft surfaces like, Vinyl, Wood, Stucco, and others that can be damaged by high water pressure.

Solar Panels lose up to 15 -25% efficiency when they are dirty. Mild soap and a soft brush is used to clean the panels and rinsed with soft water to leave panels spot free.

 Rescreening – Repair and Replacement If screens have faded and torn mesh, new mesh can be installed.  Bent and broken screens can be repaired at a much lower rate than replacing a screen. If screens are missing new ones can be made in the same color and type as the original.
